Use this route for a first consultation, follow-up review, operation planning or a specialist second opinion. After submission, an assistant will contact you to clarify documents, timing and the appropriate pathway; an immediate appointment is not promised.
When sarcoma is suspected
Contact a specialised sarcoma team before biopsy or an unplanned excision. This helps plan appropriate imaging, biopsy and treatment.
What to prepare
- pathology and immunohistochemistry reports;
- imaging reports and the original DICOM studies where available;
- operation notes and hospital discharge summaries;
- a current medication list and a brief chronology.
Privacy: do not send full medical records, identity documents or other sensitive health information through an unsecured email message. Agree a safe transfer route with the assistant.
Referral
For consultations within the Ukrainian public healthcare pathway, an electronic referral to a surgical oncologist is required. Service code: А67038.
