Vasyl Ostafiichuk attended the congress in person and represented the National Cancer Institute of Ukraine. Three accepted scientific works focused on skin cancer surgery, dermoscopy and reconstructive complexity. One of the presented works received a Special Poster Award at EADO 2026.

The department team represented the National Cancer Institute of Ukraine at the 38th EMSOS Annual Meeting with two accepted e-posters focused on soft-tissue sarcoma surgery, limb-salvage strategies, reconstruction and the resilience of a national reference centre during wartime.
